Elisheva joined Earlybird in 2020 and is based in Berlin. Serving as the VP Communications, she leads the firm’s strategic communication efforts, focusing on media outreach, speaker and brand positioning.

Elisheva supports portfolio companies with funding announcements, milestone news, and PR strategies, while also driving targeted journalistic coverage. She oversees the communications team in crafting compelling content to enhance personal and employer branding, grow social channel followings, and strengthen the firm’s ecosystem reputation.

Elisheva holds an MSc in Biomedical Communication from the University of Toronto. She has previously worked at the San Jose Mercury Newspaper, UK science publisher Pearson Education, Ada Health, Bayer’s Grants for Apps accelerator, and the Next Big Thing company builder.
