Elle joined Earlybird in 2022 and is based in London. She is part of the Investor Relations team, focusing on distribution. Prior to Earlybird, Elle worked at Stifel, a global investment bank, specializing in marketing and business development.

Elle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia.
