Eugene brings over a decade of experience scaling go-to-market engines for category-defining SaaS companies. As a Sales Operations leader and early employee at Slack, he helped scale ARR 10x to over $1Bn and grew the global Sales & Customer Success team from low double digits to over 1,500. Subsequently, Eugene held leadership roles at Asana and Miro, where he helped both companies develop strategies and playbooks that unlocked expansion from SMB into the Enterprise. Currently Eugene is the VP of GTM at Lambda, an emerging hyperscaler that delivers AI compute for model training and inference at gigawatt scale. In this role, Eugene is overseeing GTM Operations and Customer Success during a period of hypergrowth for the business. As a Catalyst at Earlybird, Eugene will advise portfolio companies on ways to unlock sales-driven growth, including ICP and segment definitions, pipeline generation playbooks, and setting strong operating rhythms.
