Ferdinand joined Earlybird in 2023 and is based in Berlin. He brings multiple years of experience working in the startup ecosystem, having gained a holistic understanding of it from various perspectives: inside and outside, B2B and B2C, low-tech and deep-tech, product development to GTM execution, and from incubation through to Series C, fundraising, and investing.

Prior to Earlybird, Ferdinand worked at unicorns such as Trade Republic and Pleo, as well as the first AI Venture Studio, Merantix. He is particularly excited by AI, from infrastructure to application, as well as Enterprise Software, verticalized and horizontal SaaS, FinTech, Supply Chain, Gaming, and B2B Platforms.
