Jay joined Earlybird in 2021 as VP People and is based in Munich. She brings over 17 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, and Global HR, with expertise gained from esteemed organizations such as NavVis, McKinsey, and Allianz.

At Earlybird, Jay serves as a coach and facilitator for portfolio companies, guiding them on critical topics such as establishing and optimizing HR functions, scaling teams, and achieving high-growth recruiting goals. She also supports portfolio companies with leveraging digital tools, expanding internationally from an HR perspective, and assisting with founder assessments and CEO interviews before investment committees.

Jay holds an MSc from The University of Texas and a BSc from Austin College.
