Sara joined Earlybird in 2024 as a Principal and is based in Berlin. She brings 12 years of experience as an operator, strategist, and angel investor, with expertise in B2C and marketing. She worked on leading brands for FMCG giants L’Oréal and Reckitt and helped build Trade Republic from pre-launch to a $5B valuation as CMO and core member of the management and board.

At BCG, Sara advised 15 clients across 10 countries in sectors such as commerce, entertainment, health, and transportation. She holds a Master’s in International Business & Management from the University of Westminster, graduating summa cum laude in 2011.
