Siobhán O’Reilly is a senior go-to-market leader with over 18 years of international experience scaling high-growth technology companies across Europe and the US. Based in Dublin, she has held leadership roles at Meltwater, Dropbox, and Figma, where she built and scaled commercial organisations from early growth through to enterprise and multi-product scale.

Siobhán brings deep expertise across both sales-led and product-led growth. At Dropbox, she helped guide the transition from B2C to B2B and enterprise, operating in a highly data-driven environment and leading GTM across the UK and Northern Europe. Most recently at Figma, she partnered closely with the founder and leadership team to scale EMEA.

As an advisor, Siobhán works hands-on with founders and operators from early stage, helping them layer sales onto PLG, translate data into commercial insight, and scale sustainably into EMEA and beyond.
