Stefano joined Earlybird in 2024 and is based in London. He focuses on early-stage investments in tech startups.

After completing his studies at ESADE and the London Business School, Stefano gained operational experience at venture-backed tech startups. At Razor Group, he led the UK expansion and was one of the early employees who helped the company achieve unicorn status. Later, as part of the founding team at Lilo Homes, he headed finance and strategy.

Earlier in his career, Stefano held roles in finance, including venture development at an early-stage fintech and asset management positions at large financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs and Gunvor.
