Theresa joined Earlybird in 2025 and is based in Munich. As Senior HR and Talent Manager, she drives key initiatives across recruiting, employer branding, and professional development, helping to shape and scale Earlybird’s internal talent strategy. With a passion for people and culture, Theresa focuses on attracting top talent, fostering a strong employee experience, and supporting team development across all levels of the organization. 

She holds a Master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School in Organizational Innovation & Entrepreneurship and brings extensive experience from roles at the Boston Consulting Group and most recently, SIXT, where she led impactful HR programs in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
