Tilen is a content and community leader who has helped scale some of Europe’s most ambitious technology companies, including Bitpanda and Synthesia, from sub‑unicorn to multi‑unicorn status. Slovenian-born and Vienna-based, he currently runs the Content and Community team at Synthesia, the AI video platform for business, where he oversees video production, organic channels, affiliates, influencers, community, employee and founder content, and product launches.

He combines a rare mix of hands-on marketing experience with a strategic view on narrative, distribution, and audience-building. Tilen has built communities from zero to hundreds of thousands of members, including growing LimeWire’s community from 0 to 70,000 before launch and then to more than 2 million, and has helped projects raise over 30 million dollars through crowdfunding. As an active angel investor and now Catalyst at Earlybird, he focuses on helping early-stage founders identify what content works, turn it into a repeatable growth engine, and build communities that become durable moats around their brands.
