Vincenzo joined Earlybird in 2022 and is based in London. He is responsible for the London office and leads the Investor Relations team. Vincenzo brings over 20 years of experience as both an investor and an Investor Relations professional.

He was a Limited Partner for over 15 years at several blue-chip alternative investment firms, including Adveq/Schroders, Swiss Re, UBP, and UBS. In this role, Vincenzo was exposed to top-tier venture capital, being one of the first European institutional investors in leading Sandhill Road venture funds.

More recently, Vincenzo was a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group and Rhone, overseeing IR and fundraising efforts in EMEA. He holds an M.Sc. in Business and Economics from the University of Milan and an MBA from the Stockholm School of Business.
