New to the catalyst roster but not new to the game is GTM leader Siobhán O’Reilly!

Siobhán is based in Dublin, Ireland and she brings plenty of international experience, having worked for Meltwater, Dropbox, and Figma. In each role, she gained critical GTM skills that today she applies hands-on with our portfolio founders and operators.

From Meltwater, she covered the groundwork for sales-led growth. At Dropbox, the focus was product-led-growth (PLG) and data, specifically how to move from a B2C to B2B company. Siobhán found she could easily relate to the positive attitude and can-do spirit of American tech companies. She helped take the product to enterprise-level including managing the UKI, Nordics, and English-speaking Africa. Most recently, she was integral at Figma, working with the founder to help them scale in Europe via highly strategic accounts. She has hands-on experience bringing new products to market: from pricing and packaging through to sales enablement and enterprise rollout.

Siobhán will be a key advisor to our startups at both the early stage and unicorn status. This is because she brings rare experience layering sales on top of PLG, opening enterprise channels from zero, and scaling GTM organizations as products and customer segments expand. She has seen how data mining unlocks new opportunities for companies through insights into what works. Siobhán is keenly tuned into how companies can scale into EMEA and beyond. We can’t wait to learn more!
