Our mission
As a trusted sparring partner for Earlybird startups, we offer expertise in talent advisory, PR & communications, board strategy, while working to connect our startups to the wider ecosystem. Our focus is helping you hire and retain key talent, gain external visibility for critical funding, product, or expansion milestones, and draw on high-impact board collaboration. While we provide strategic support, we always leave our portfolio companies the room for taking their own entrepreneurial decisions and do not interfere with the day-to-day management.

How does the Portfolio Support team interact with portfolio companies?
Through close collaboration with founders and functional leaders during the portfolio company onboarding phase, we ensure you access to our areas of expertise and to our insights. After onboarding, we provide coaching and support on an as-needed basis. We strive to be incredibly responsive with introductions or as-needed insights and leverage our wide and deep network to create synergies that drive growth.
