Jean Paul joined Earlybird's Munich office in 2026 as part of the Marketing & Comms team, where he leads New Media - building media systems that turn signals into stories, formats, and distribution loops. He also works across platform, bringing systems thinking to marketing & comms, events, and portfolio excellence.
His previous experience spans venture capital, startups, NGOs, and government - always in the realm of content, marketing & communications.
Beyond Earlybird, Jean Paul serves on the advisory board of START Munich, the largest entrepreneurship initiative in the city, and has been involved in ecosystem-wide initiatives connecting founders, student organizations, and investors across Munich.
He holds a degree in political science from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), where he focused on the interplay of politics and technology and how narratives and emerging ideas take hold of public discourse.
