Nosh.bio, is a Berlin based startup focused on developing the next generation of highly functional food ingredients, from clean label, non-GMO, microbes. Positioned as B2B Partner, Nosh helps animal-free foods to achieve the breakthrough and appeal the mass market to create a food system that is no longer harmfull to the planet, animals or people.
